§ Mr. Ian Stewartasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will allow an extension of six weeks beyond the date of 22nd April set for the submission of comments on his Department's consultative document containing proposals to amend the laws relating to ancient monuments, in view of the need for adequate time to be available for detailed consideration by interested parties.
