asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list those accountancy firms which have received consultancy contracts from his Department in the past three years, stating the subjects of such consultancy and the fees paid in each case.

Mr. Alec Jones

Messrs. Coopers and Lybrand were engaged jointly by the Welsh Office and the University Grants Committee in 1975 to inquire into the apportionment of costs at the University Hospital of Wales. The fees paid were £8,250.
