Friend expects shortly to complete his reconsideration of the proposal for a draft Criminal Injuries (Compensation) (Northern Ireland) Order taking into account comments expressed in the Northern Ireland Committee and elsewhere. A draft order will then be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
