§ Mr. Barry JonesStandards of behaviour in primary schools do not in general give rise to concern. Secondary schools face much greater problems if indiscipline and absenteeism. Local education authorities, teachers and others are facing up to these problems and there is much useful interchange of information and ideas, which the Welsh Office is encouraging and assisting.
