§ Mr. FreesonOn the latest available information I estimate that in England central Government subsidy and rate fund contributions to housing revenue accounts will be £1,199 million; plus a cost of £318 million for rent rebates. These figures do not take into account any reduction which the most recent fall in interest rates is likely to produce.
