(2) when he expects to receive the report from the Central Council for the Disabled on the feasibility of commuting the mobility allowance.
§ Mr. EnnalsDiscussions with the Central Council for the Disabled are not concerned with commutation as such, but with various possible ways by which mobility allowance beneficiaries might be helped to use their allowance to obtain transport appropriate to their needs. A number of my officials are involved in the discussions. I cannot yet say when conclusions are likely to be reached.
