Mr. Rooker

asked the Secretary of State for Defence (1) if the purchase of Service motor cars is by way of a contract which requires the contractor to observe and fulfil the obligations upon contractors specified in the Fair Wages Resolution passed by the House on 14th October 1946;

(2) if the purchase of motor cars for Her Majesty's Government is by way of a contract which requires the contractor to observe and fulfil the obligations upon contractors specified in the Fair Wages Resolution passed by the House on 14th October 1946.
