§ Mr. Denis HowellCo-ordination of the provision of recreational facilities falls within the competence of the regional councils for sport and recreation, on which both district and county councils are represented. They are well aware of the importance I attach to the dual use of educational facilities, and this is one of the questions I shall be asking them to consider in regional conferences during the autumn.
