§ Mr. MoyleOfficials from my Department have investigated the proposed clinical assessment of Clinoril (Sulindac, MSD) by general practitioners. I am advised that the proposed trial is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the product licence for Clinoril, and that this and its marketing techniques do not contravene the code of practice of the pharmaceutical industry.
