§ Mr. Cordleasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will now introduce legislation to reintroduce the death penalty for terrorist murders and also for the murder of police and prison officers acting in the course of their duty.
§ Mr. Cordleasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will now establish a departmental committee to consider whether or not the death penalty should be reintroduced for terrorist murders and also for murders of police and prison officers acting in the course of their duty;
(2) if he will now recommend the establishment of a Royal Commission to consider whether or not the death penalty should be reintroduced for terrorist murders and also for the murder of police and prison officers acting in the course of duty.
