§ Mr. Goodhartasked the Minister of Overseas Development what direct assistance she is giving to the programme to assist refugees from Indo-China now in Thailand, which is run by the United Nations High Commission for Refugees.
§ Mrs. HartOn 25th February the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees launched a fresh appeal to the International community for contributions to his assistance programmes in Thailand and other Asian countries. I am considering this and expect to reach a decision soon.
