Mr. Wm. Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will now make a further statement about the future of the meat industry employment scheme.
§ Mr. DunnOn 30th March my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland announced the extension of the Meat Industry Employment Scheme for a further three months. The new rates for the scheme take account of the recent further devaluation of the Irish Republic's green pound. I have deposited details in the House of Commons Library.
