§ Mr. Clinton DavisSubject to the Advisory Committee appointed under Section 10 of the Insolvency Act 1976 clearing necessary amendments to the bankruptcy rules, it is hoped to bring Section 7 of the Act (automatic discharge of bankrupts) into force on 1st June 1977.
