§ Mr. John GrantI have had discussions on this matter with a number of interested parties. In addition, the National Advisory Council on Employment of Disabled People, which advises the Secretary of State and which includes members representing disabled people's groups, has also discussed it. I am informed by the Chairman of the Manpower Services 417W Commission that officials of the Employment Service Agency, which operates the scheme, have also had discussions on the subject with a number of organisations.
