§ Dr. SummerskillI am informed that the Equal Opportunities Commission has made a grant of £5,000 to the National Council for Civil Liberties towards a three-year project on women's rights. The project includes the production of a film illustrating tribunal procedures for use in courses in advocacy in tribunals with particular reference to the Sex Discrimination Act and Equal Pay Act. No other public funds have been made available to the NCCL.
