§ Mr. Clinton DavisProtexol Ltd. has filed neither accounts nor an annual return since its incorporation in October 1973.
Default action has, however, been overtaken by an order of court dated 16th September 1976, upon a petition to the Stourbridge County Court, that the company be wound up under the provisions of the Companies Act 1948.
