§ Mr. MarksOnly three of 20 Ministry of Defence houses available for disposal at Long Hanborough are empty at present pending the transfer elsewhere of Service families from the remainder. Five of these houses are in Marlborough Crescent. The Property Services Agency is already ascertaining whether any other Government Department needs the houses before offering them for sale to the local authorities. If there is no public sector requirement the properties will be put up for sale in the open market.
