§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales what representations his Department has received from Gwynedd County Council regarding the construction of a pedestrian crossing on the A4086, Caernarvon to Llanberis road at Llanrug; and on what grounds his Department is delaying approval of such an application.
