§ Mr. Michael Lathamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will list the titles of the publications 579W produced by the urban planning division of the Building Research Establishment in 1974, 1975 and 1976.
§ Mr. ArmstrongThis division has published in the period in question 14 reports, five of which have dealt with shopping facilities. Others have dealt with housing problems and mobility, with land use and transportation, and with problems of planning methodology. One substantial study—1975—dealt with new town growth issues arising at Bracknell. I am sending the hon. Member a list. The division also sponsors extra-mural work, on which the research contractors report.
