asked the Secretary of State for Transport (1) if he will make a statement about the excessive delays in the transference of cherished number plates;

(2) what steps the Government are taking to ensure the return to normal working at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Centre;

(3) if he will make a statement about the nature or the dispute at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Centre at Swansea.
