§ Mr. FreesonAs part of the system of control introduced by Circular 80–76, the Department's regional offices will be meeting local authorities to discuss their future housing programmes. In the light of these discussions, the authorities concerned will be able to decide on the preparatory work to be done on new house-building projects.
