Mr. Alan WilliamsAn application by Toyota (GB) Ltd. for an IDC at Bristol was refused because the original project was mobile and suitable for an assisted area. The company thereupon changed the project's design so as to avoid the need for a certificate. I understand that the local authority has given planning permission for the revised scheme.
