§ Mr. Rifkindasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he will give details of those matters for which his Department will be responsible in Scotland, after the implementation of the Government's present devolution proposals.
§ Mr. BoothI shall retain my existing responsibilities in Scotland except for the activities there of the Manpower Services Commission, the Training Services Agency and the Employment Service Agency.
