asked the Secretary of State for Transport (1) how many PSV 71s and GV9s have been issued by his Department from 6th June 1975 to the most recent date for which statistics are available;

(2) whether he will supply a regional breakdown of the PSV 71s and GV9s issued by his Department.

asked the Secretary of State for Transport whether vehicles owned by London Transport are exempt from PSV71 s and GV9s.

Public service vehicles and heavy goods vehicles operated by London Transport are not exempt.
