§ Mr. Edwin Wainwrightasked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will make a statement on the efforts his Department has made over this past two years to find either an owner or a tenant for the advance factory at Denaby Main, which was completed in June 1974.
§ Mr. CryerThis factory was sold by the Department in September 1974; the purchaser then put it on the market in November 1975. My Department always brings it to the attention of inquirers350W for industrial premises in the area and will continue to do so.
