§ Mr. HoramNo. As explained in the answer to my hon. Friend's Question on 23rd January 1976—[Vol. 903, c.610]—an employer could be prosecuted for aiding and abetting the offence which his employee would be committing in these circumstances. Further legislation is, therefore, unnecessary.
