In how many cases in each of the past three years have the courts issued "extended sentence certificates" under Section 37(5) of the Criminal Justice Act 1967.

The number of persons sentenced over the last three years to an extended term of imprisonment, in respect of whom extended sentence certificates will have been issued under Section 37(5) of the Criminal Justice Act 1967, is given in the following table.
