§ Mr. Harold WalkerThe company has agreed to discontinue the provision of furniture following discussions with my Department. In the light of assurances by the company that the provision of housing loans and the payment of fees to directors of overseas companies were in no way out of line with the company's past practice. Such arrangements are not regarded as being in breach of the pay policy.
