§ Mr. OrmeThe report of the Occupational Pensions Board on "Equal Status for Men and Women in Occupational Pension Schemes" was published on 18th August 1976 (Cmnd 6599). The Government's legislative proposals arising from consideration of the board's recommendations were published in a consultative document issued by my Department on 25th August 1976. Copies of this document have been placed in the Library and are available from the Vote Office. The Government are consulting the organisations most concerned with their proposals, including the TUC and the CBI.
