§ Mr. Lomasasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what will be the position of the owner of an approved invalid tricycle when his Department's approved repairers cannot replace essential fitments to the vehicle because of the lack of spare parts; and if the owner will then be given a new tricycle.
§ Mr. Alfred MorrisThe intention is to operate as at present for not less than five years, viz., to repair when possible, replacing if necessary by a different machine, new or used, depending upon availability at the time.
