§ Mr. MulleyI shall be discussing equipment standardisation personally with the United States Secretary of Defence, Mr. Rumsfeld, later this week, and expect to have similar talks with the Federal German Defence Minister very shortly. My officials are also in the closest touch with the United States and German Governments on this question.
