§ Mr. Fairbairnasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what was the cost to public funds of the visit to Scotland of Mr. Boris Ponomarev and his entourage for (a) police protection, (b) travelling expenses, (c) entertainment, and (d) any other items; and how these costs were shared between the ratepayers and the taxpayer.
