§ Mr. Steenasked the Minister for the Civil Service if he will publish in the Official Report a list of the central Government Departments and closely related organisations using a composite rate payment system for official paid envelopes.
§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisAll the central Government departments listed in Chapter 3 of the Civil Service Year Book with the addition of the Scottish Office, Welsh Office and Northern Ireland Government Departments, and the organisations in the following list, may use official paid envelopes if they wish. A number of them make atlernative arrangements for substantial parts of their mail.

- Metropolitan Police Ticket Office
- Nature Conservancy
- National Environment Research Council
- National Galleries of Scotland
