asked the Attorney-General (1) whether any evidence relating to Mr. Philip Agee has been referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions; if so. when it was referred; and what action the Director of Public Prosecutions has decided to take;

(2) whether any evidence relating to Mr. Mark Hosenball has been referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions; if so, when it was referred; and what action the Director of Public Prosecutions has decided to take.
