§ Mr. Woofasked the Secretary of State for Trade (1) if he will give detailed sources for the United Kingdom's main suppliers of lard, and in what volume, before January 1972; what have been the sources of imports of lard into the United Kingdom since January 1972; and what price has been paid per ton, respectively;
(2) what has been the level of lard imports from the EEC since January 1976; what is the price per metric tonne of lard imported from the EEC at present charged to the United Kingdom; and what is the EEC subsidy per metric tonne of lard offered to the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. MeacherFollowing is the information from the overseas trade statistics. The subsidy for week commencing 15th November 1976 is £84 per metric ton.
