§ Mr. Merlyn ReesSome provisions on offences of entering and remaining on property are included in part II of the draft Bill annexed to the Law Commission's report on conspiracy, published in March this year. I hope that it may be possible to introduce legislation to amend the law of conspiracy early next Session, but I cannot anticipate the content of the Queen's Speech.
