§ Mr. MoyleThe Medicines (Labelling) Regulations 1976, which were made under Part V of the Medicines Act 1968 and come into operation on 22nd November 1976, include a general requirement that any contra-indications, warning and precautions which a product licence requires to be addressed to the consumer shall be shown on the labelling of the container and package of the product.
