§ Mr. Les HuckfieldThe capital development programme for the year 1976–77 is estimated at the record level of £619 million. As regards investment expenditure in subsequent years, estimates at 1975 Survey prices, were published in the White Paper "Public Expenditure to 1979–80" (Cmnd 6393). Comparable information will be included in the next White Paper on public expenditure.
