§ Mr. GoldingIn October 1976 the unemployment rate for the Folkestone travel-to-work area, which includes Shepway, was 8 per cent. The rates for October 1975, October 1974 and October 1973 were 6.1, 3.4 and 2.9 per cent. respectively.
