§ Mr. Aitkenasked the Secretary of State for Transport how many applications for provisional driving licences for motorcyclists have been made in the latest 12-month period for which figures are available; how many of these applications are made by persons in the 16 to 20-year age group; and how many of these applicants have passed the driving test within the following 12 months.
