Mr. Hollandasked the Secretary of State for Trade when he expects the Bullock Committee on Industrial Participation to complete its deliberations; and whether the report will be available for discussion and consultation both inside and outside Parliament before the Government reaches any final conclusions about it.
§ Mr. Clinton DavisI expect the Committee to present its report by the end of the year. It is our intention that there should be adequate consultation and discussion before legislation is introduced in Parliament.
