§ Mr. DeakinsParagraph 8.6 and Table 21 of the Supplementary Benefits Commission's Annual Report 1975—Cmnd. 6615—give an indication of the number of lump sum payments made in respect of fuel, but it is not known how many of these payments were related to different fuels or unpaid bills.
