§ Mr. Lawrenceasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will list the various ways in which direct or indirect assistance is currently being given, or is projected for the next 12 months, by Great Britain to the USSR and other countries of the Eastern bloc, quantifying the benefit of that assistance in financial terms.
