§ Mr. Merlyn ReesIt would be a rash Home Secretary who admitted to unqualified satisfaction; but I am sure that within the available resources the police are effective and strive continuously and successfully to improve their effectiveness. If the hon. Gentleman has any particular problem in mind no doubt he will let me know.
