§ Mr. EadieI received some representations during the summer about local shortages and more recently from the hon. Member himself about the position in north-east Scotland. The Chairman of the300W National Coal Board wrote directly to the hon. Member about this on 29th October, and I am advised by the Board that it is continuing the special efforts the chairman mentioned to increase supplies of house coal to Scotland.
