§ Mr. EnnalsI announced on 22nd July a reduction in the pharmaceutical sales promotion expenditure, including advertising, accepted as a cost under the Voluntary Price Regulation Scheme. I am consulting interested organisations about the proposal to accept without reduction the cost of advertising in learned and professional journals which derive or will derive a significant part of their income from subscriptions.
