§ Mr. William RodgersI have today laid an order extending the temporary speed limits for a period of six months from 1st December. A consultation letter is being sent to representative organisations, and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Energy and I will welcome the views of hon. Members on it. Copies of the letter are available in the Vote Office.
