§ Mr. Harry EwingThere is clearly scope for an intensified effort to publicise the need for kidney donors and my right hon. Friend is considering plans for a new campaign in 1977. It is also proposed to seek the views of health boards on ways of improving the arrangements for local distribution of kidney donor cards.
