§ 24. Mr. Gourlayasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will recommend the Joint Forth Road Bridge Board to introduce books of toll vouchers at concessionary rates for use on the Forth Road Bridge.
§ Mr. McElhoneConcessionary tolls are available to operators of heavy vehicles who use the bridge regularly. It would be for the joint board to take the initiative on a more general concession scheme, in the light of its financial situation.
