§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisWhite papers containing 80 per cent. or more of recycled fibre are available, but they cost more that the white paper currently used. A blue tinted paper with at least 80 per cent. recycled fibre is available, which would be cheaper that the blue tinted paper at present employed; but its inferior machining quality would give rise to additional printing costs and less reliable service.
